I have had my Nest Connect working just fine with the Yale Lock until I moved it to another door in the house. Now, I get the NA004 error code. I have followed every suggestion from almost every forum post, chatted with a very useless tech rep and I still get the same unacceptable result. I have several thermostats and they work just fine but Nest Connect is a total dog. How can Google release products which are so thoroughly flawed? This is an unacceptable situation and from the forum it appears many people are experiencing the same problem. What does it take to get a definitive answer to correct this problem ? Do I have to post across all social networks how bad this product has become ?
