I have 10 Nest Protect 2nd Gen Smoke Detectors (all hard wired). Recently, the Nightly Promise light on all of them are Yellow. The app shows no issues. I have done a health check and all is fine. I have pressed the buttons on them and they all report nest is online. Why are they all yellow? Why can't the app tell me what the problem is?
Any ideas?

Hi Phil_0000,
Thanks for reaching out to our community.
It's unusual to see a yellow light ring on your Nest Protects, even though there doesn't seem to be any apparent problem. Let's see what's going on.
Since Nest Protects work together to ensure each one is functioning as expected, it's crucial to double-check that there isn't anything unusual about any of them, such as the sensors, the Wi-Fi connection, or the batteries.
If you've made sure all of them have proper battery levels, are connected to the internet, and all of them say they're fine when you press their buttons, I suggest following this article on how to reset Nest Protect and erase all settings.
After performing a factory reset, make sure to add them back to your home in the Nest app. However, if they're still showing the yellow light after being added back, you can try adding them to a different home structure instead and see how that works.
The goal is to identify which Nest Protect is causing the yellow light and determine the reason why, so all of your Nest Protects that are working fine can show you their proper status.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Angel.
