I got my monthly email regarding Nest report on June 13. It tells me my Neat Protect was not communicating for the entire month of April ! Everything showed fine on last months email report and everything seems fine today. My end of life for this unit is still a year or so away. It just seems pathetic to tell me 6 weeks later that my smoke detector was not communicating for a month !

Same here, the report over april said all my protects had been offline for half the month and now the May report has no data at all. Meanwhile the Nest app shows current data for all 7 of my protects, so I'm certain they are connected to the WiFi.

I've also received this report for April and May, and I've confirmed in the app that there's history for both months with no Wi-Fi issues.

Same here, process must have a bug.

Mine has been offline also so today I went through all of the steps to reconnect it. Removing it from nest, resetting it to factory settings, now it won't connect to the Nest app at all. Tried connecting it on two phones and an iPad.
