I have three Nest Protect sensors, and the audio has stopped working during system checks and, now, during a fire.
The audio works if I check the system manually through the app or by pushing buttons, but it doesn't work during the automatic weekly check. Additionally, and most worryingly, we had a brief kitchen fire last week and none of the alarms sounded. Because the fire was extinguished almost immediately and we had doors to the kitchen closed, I assumed the smoke didn't reach a sensor. I didn't know it had until I found a message on my phone that said the smoke was clearing. None of the alarms sounded, and there was no "heads up" warning.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Along with that form linked above, I think our best bet as a customer base is to make these problems known outside Google, so a trend can be established. Could you please take a moment to report this issue to the Consumer Product Safety Commission at: https://www.saferproducts.gov/IncidentReporting
