Nest Protect - no notifications

I’m currently away from the house and my nephew just called to say he was sorry for setting off the smoke alarm. I received no notification on my IOS device (yes, notifications are turned on), and there is no history of a smoke event in the nest app for that Protect. I do have a Nightly Promise that “Everything is okay” in the app at 4:06pm on Monday, Dec 18th. At this point, I don’t believe that promise!

Thanks for posting in the Community. I’m sorry that the Nest notification didn’t work. Let’s check it out.

 

A few questions: what is the make and model of the iOS device? What is the version of the Nest app? Was the Nest Protect online in the Nest app during the event? Also, was the iOS device connected to WiFi or mobile data?
