Nest Protect werkt niet

Goedenavond! 

Ik heb laatst mijn nest Protect rookmelder verkocht. Helaas bij aankomst gaf het apparaat vrijwel meteen aan dat de batterijen vervangen moesten worden. Sinds dit gedaan is reageert het apparaat helemaal nergens meer op. Iemand enig idee hoe dit zo kan?

• What type of batteries did you use?
• Is it a wired or battery-powered Nest Protect?

In the meantime, let's check this tip:

• Lithium batteries required: Protect (Battery) requires 6 AA batteries. Protect (Wired) requires 3 AA as backup batteries. Wired Protects will use backup batteries if there’s a power outage. Refer to this article: Replace Nest Protect's batteries.
