Hi, @ZIED!

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Protect is not connecting to Wi-Fi. I understand you need to connect it to the other Nest Protects so that everyone can be notified when smoke is detected. I'm happy to help!

To gather more information, please answer the following questions:

  • Do you have a wired or battery-powered Nest Protect?
  • During the setup process, are you receiving any error codes?
  • How far is the Nest Protect from your router?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Before we troubleshoot, please ensure the following:

  • Your mobile software and Nest app are up-to-date.
  • Bluetooth is enabled, and no other devices are connected.
  • There are no nearby devices (like cordless phones or microwaves) that might interfere with your Wi-Fi signal. If you suspect interference, try relocating these devices or changing your Wi-Fi channel. For more information, see this article: Troubleshoot wireless interference.

In the meantime, try these troubleshooting steps:

Please let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Ana
