We are unable to connect our new Nest Yale Lock to either our Nest Protect or Connect. We’ve scoured help pages and done everything recommended, from resetting everything to managing settings on the router.
We have almost every Nest product and have not seen similar issues.
Thoughts & thanks for any help!
