Hello, I have multiple protects in my house. I had a smoke alarm go off in my house last week and did not receive any push notifications or emails. This is very concerning. I called customer support who told me to reset them. But they are clearly connected to the network, and the notifications appear in the nest message history. If I open the nest app. These simply aren’t being pushed to my phone in any manner.
I have come across multiple threads with the same issue going back for years. And there is no resolution provided. Do these simply not work? There is no point in having a smart fire alarm if it’s not going to alert you to anything when you’re not in the home. And these were really expensive.

I had the same issue today. My husband didn’t have his phone and I never received any alerts we had smoke in our home. Maybe calling my attorney will get answers
