My best protect will not do a factory reset to join the network. It is version 3.0.5.3
i have followed all the instructions and tried to factory reset 10 times - it completes the cycle but does not reset and states living room on wake up,
we changed broadband provider and the setup instructions from Google advise to reset the device to join the network - but it will not complete the task. Absolutely madness.
