I can't reset my nest. I held down the botton until it started stating the version (3.4.0.6), then i released the botton. After that it said "Ereasing all settings in 5 second, press to cancel" but no countdown followed. Instead, it start to beep and the light changed to orange/red. I have 2 devices which do the exact thing. Any idea? Are they defective? Many thanks.
