New Generation NEST unable to ADD device to app

Have the newest device. there is nothing that I can scan .. and there is no pin number to add

I understand you have the newest generation Nest Device and you're unable to complete the setup because the app is asking for either a scan or a PIN, but your specific device doesn't seem to have either of those options. Don’t worry, help is here.

To get started, please provide some more information by answering these questions:

  1. Can you confirm the type of Nest device you are trying to set up? (Nest Cam, Google Nest Speakers or Display, Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Nest Connector)
  2. Are you using the Nest app or Google Home app to set it up?
