No warranty follow up - Nest Protect 2nd Gen

I submitted a warranty claim for a Nest Protect 2nd Gen after confirming that it’s under warranty, however after a couple weeks I haven’t received any email confirmation that my claim was received. Just submitted a second time including serial number and proof of purchase and still have not received any reply. What gives?
