Recordings have stopped

how can I set up recording as I have just got still images not live recordings, don’t feel safe in my own home anymore as can’t see anything

  • Are you asking about your Nest Aware subscription? That way you can view your camera footage and clips from events.
  • Which camera or device do you have?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
