Showing couldn’t verify voice

This crazy nest is saying couldn’t verify voice and I don’t know why.

Thank you for posting in the community. I understand your Nest device keeps saying "couldn't verify voice", and I 'll be glad to assist you. 

Could you please confirm if you're experiencing this on only one device, and if the error occurs in any of the following scenarios?

  • If the alarm horn sounds and the device speaks on every alarm.
  • If the alarm horn and voice speaker on every alarm sound.
  • If the alarm horn and/or the voice speaker doesn’t sound.
  • If Safety Checkup runs and sounds on some Nest Protect devices but not on others.

Safety Checkup is an easy way to verify that Google Nest Protect’s sensors, power, Wi-Fi connection, speaker, horn, and light ring are working.
