factory reset procedure for a NEST Protect does not work

I cannot factory reset a NEST Protect that I have.
I had issues connecting the the rest of the installation, so I attempt many times the factory reset (press for 10 seconds, and when I hear the "version Number 3.1.4.3, erasing all paramaters in 10 seconds... bla bla bla" and I wait 10 secondes, but after that, nothing happens, and if I press on the nest button, it says "Ready in the main bedroom", so the reset didn't work.

I have deleted it from my nest App... But since the device doesn't reset, I cannot reuse it.

Please help (and don't send me the link to the basic reset procedure, I have tried it a million times already) And I have also tried to replace the batteries.

I understand that you’ve gone through all those steps multiple times however, when resetting your Nest Protect you need to release the button when it starts to say its version number. After that it will start a verbal countdown and tell you it’s erasing all your settings. After a few seconds it will reset to its factory default settings then you can add it back to your Nest app.

I did that multiple times, but it does not reset. It does the countdown but then nothing happens. When I press on the button after a white it juste says “ready in the main bedroom”
