have not received email with instructions on how to redeem for Nest secure

Hello,

I recently discovered that some of my Nest smoke alarms were not connected. When I attempted to reconnect them via the website without success, I turned to Google search for answers. This led me to discover that Nest Secure will be discontinued after April 2024. The announcement mentioned, "We understand that updating the technology in your home can be challenging. In appreciation of our users and to facilitate a smooth transition, we're offering an exclusive deal for a Self Setup System from ADT at no cost (valued up to $485) or a $200 credit for use on the Google Store." However, I have yet to receive any codes or emails from Google Nest regarding this offer.

This situation is quite frustrating, especially considering I purchased 7 units over the past two years, which represented a significant investment. I chose Google Nest because of their reputation for reliability and quality. It's disappointing to face the discontinuation of services so soon after investing in their products.

It may be best to contact Google support to see if they can get it sent over to you.  Use the link: Contact Us - Google Nest Help and select chat with live agent.

Just to be sure we’re on the same page, do you have a Nest Secure system that consists of a Nest Guard, Nest Detects, and one or more Nest Tags? This is different from the smoke alarms, which are called Nest Protect.
