What should a 1.4 model have for voltage? New NT says good but at 3.1v for days now. Goes offline daily. Okay if I unplug and reinstall at base.

How do you have it wired?
The Google Nest Thermostat uses replaceable Alkaline batteries and depending on how it wired a C wire might be required.

I'd like to jump in here and check how it's going with your Nest Thermostat. Are you still having the same issue with the network connectivity?

Still goes "offline" once daily. I moved it 2.4 from 5ghz to see if that helps. Router reboot fixes it. Odd that the router never sees it disconnect. It is 10 feet away and line of site. No other connection issue on my network.

Hey SCF,
Thanks for the update and we're sorry for the delayed response.
By connecting it to the 2.4Ghz network, it will have a much more stable connection as this type of signal provides a larger diameter of signals.
We'll observe the behavior for the next 3 days and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ryan
