2 out of 3 is bad

I have 3 thermostats and only 2 of them will show in my app.  We have 3 in our church in Canada and it works well.  We have worked endless hours trying to get the 3rd one to come up in our facility in Georgia and to no avail.  It just won't show up in the APP.    Please help we are trying to keep our children from freezing to death

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what thermostat you have. 

What application are you using, is it Google Home app or Nest app? Please note that the Nest Thermostat 2020 will not be visible in the Nest app.
