2nd user problems

have just tried to switch my thermostat on from my account my 2nd user phone will allow me to do it via the app manually but refuses to work through google home using voice commands it tells me the thermostat is off line  have uninstalled and reinstalled app still no joy any ideas

still have issue if ask google to do but can do it manually
