3 critical issues; 1- No wifi connection 2- jumps from “Cool” to “Heat” 3- screen goes off

Hello,

for all of the 3 above mentioned issues I tried every suggested solution from the manufacturer but still the problems persist. I purchased this Nest 3 gen device on Dec/2023 and still is under the warranty.

how can I replace it?

i appreciate all of your suggestions in advance.

We are so happy to see you here! I apologize for all this inconvenience with your Nest Thermostat. Don't worry, I'm here to help you with that.

 

I completely understand your situation; let me find a solution for you. I really appreciated it if you could tell me the troubleshooting steps you tried before.

What type of thermostat do you have? Also, if you had an error code on your display? Your system has a "C" wire connected in the base?
