C - blue wire

O - orange wire

W/E - red wire feeding into W/2

W2 - white wire also red wire from W/E

Hi Kreminus,

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'd be glad to help with your wiring concerns. The information you've provided is very helpful for guiding you through the wiring process.
Based on this information, your system is compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd gen). You can install the wires in the following way:

  • White: W2/AUX terminal.
  • Orange: O/B terminal.
  • Blue: C terminal.
  • Green: G terminal.
  • Red: R or RH terminal.
  • Yellow: Y1 or Y terminal.

To better guide you through the installation, you can check out the following diagram:

Additionally, make sure the orientation for the O/B wire is set to "O."

@Patrick_Caezza thanks for your help.

Please let me know how it goes.

Best regards,

Rusell
