Have a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat, about 4 years old, always worked well.  Recently went offline, low power apparently.

Battery 3.647V

Voc 37.81V

Vin 8.08 V

Lin 20 mA (a)

all 4 wires seem well connected, AC and heat still work but Wifi and App not connecting?

Suggestions?

@AlMark

Is there a C wire connected?

If there isn't one, then most likely, your system hasn't been able to keep the internal battery of the thermostat fully charged. The best way to solve this is to install a C wire. You can use a spare wire if there is one, or you can use the Google Nest Power Connector.
