I have a 3rd gen nest learning thermostat that disconnected from the network several days ago. I have reset re started and rebooted this device more times than I can count in the last 3 days. The system will not recognize any wifi connects or connect to the app I have only had this unit 6 months max. Has anyone had issues with this and been able to get them fixed.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. Could you please go to your Nest Learning Thermostat Quick View menu and highlight the gear icon for settings? Check if you'll see any messages or code there.
