I just upgraded my broadband to Sky fibre & my Google Nest 3rd gen thermostat does not see any networks. All other devices including Google mini speaker connect OK. I spoke to the Google help desk & they sent the usual suggestions, I also split the 2.4ghz network, I can connect my PC to that so it’s working. I’ve reset to factory defaults, reconnected to HeatLink but still no Wi-Fi.
Any ideas anyone?
thanks

Hi there @Hawkside ,
Thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that. No worries. Help's here.
Could you tell us please if you've checked on our article regarding the WiFi and router settings? Here's the link for that: https://goo.gle/2MJZPrV
Also, could you provide us with the following details regarding your router?
Firewall settings >
DHCP lease time >
Network port 11095 enabled/disabled >
MAC address filtering On/Off >
802.11 wireless networks > 802.11 b/g/n protocol is turned on? >
WiFi channels set to Auto?
What is the encryption type of the WiFi network?
Is the WiFi router a dual band router (2,4 GHz&5.0 GHz) ?
Is the router in Power Saving Mode (PSM)?
