How do I add a fourth home to my account?

Refer to the "Create another home in the Nest app" section of this help article:
https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9293015#zippy=%2Ccreate-another-home-in-the-nest-app

If you sign in with a Google Account, you can have up to 5 homes in your account.
If you sign in with a Nest account, you can have up to 3 homes.

If you're still using a Nest account to sign in and want to create more homes, you will either need to migrate to a Google account, or create a new account to login with (new accounts can only use Google account sign in.)
