6 Wire Thermostat with Jumper to Nest

so I just purchased a new house with the following original wiring diagram…

 the rh and rec have a jumper and a bit confused on how to set this up.  Any help would be great.  Have read in other posts that the jumper isn’t needed?  Help!

@Shooter2552, I'd suggest contacting an HVAC technician, as it appears that your thermostat is attached to your home system. The additional four wires might go to the alarm panel for integration. Installing the standard thermostat labels might work, but it'll disable your home automation. But to be sure, could you provide us with the make and model of your HVAC system?
