6 digit code for themostat 2nd generation

trying to register 2nd generation thermostat to home app.

asking for 6 digit code.  no qr or code on product.

You didn't see the QR code at the back of the thermostat display or the 6 digit code? Have you tried to connect it to your computer via micro USB cable?
Or if you're able to use the thermostat display, you can go to settings then you can see the QR code and entry key (6 digit code) under the nest app. You have to use the nest app for Nest Learning Thermostat.
