AC always kick in when heat is turned on

NestOld HoneywellWiring Config on the furnaceI have gas furnace and heat pump(AC unit). I think my wiring is correct based on my own research. But the AC always kicks in, and I had to shut off the breaker so I can get hot air. I've tried switching O/B and W wire, and it didn't work.

Thanks for sharing! I gave up and switched back to the old Honeywell thermostats

I had the same issue, we tried changing setting but what worked was disconnected the nest from the wall and then re-attaching it. It started working correctly.

I've tried that many times, and it didn't work.
