AC not working

I’ve just installed the nest thermostat, and the AC is no longer working. It hasn’t reached the target temperature of 70 since yesterday, even though it says it will reach it in 2 hours. Temperature is now at 80. I had no issues before and the AC was working well before installing the nest thermostat.

Try turning the nest off from app or wall and once it’s not blowing air cut back on but put in lowest Eco mode cooling temp. This worked for me and I haven’t had any more problems with it not cooling.

VeronicaN, I'm chiming in to ensure you're all good here. Have you had the chance to try Cgreen3399's suggestion above? If yes but to no avail, could you share a clear photo of your original thermostat wires showing the terminal labels as well as how you wired your Nest one?
