AC turns on, ignoring schedule

How do I stop AC from turning on? Whether I have it manually set to 75 or scheduled, it resets to 72 and turns on around 4 am.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what states are you located? Disabling smart features like Home/Away Assist, and Auto Schedule might help. 

Please take a look at these guides:

Home/Away Assist

1. Go to the thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Select Home/Away Assist then turn it off.

Auto Schedule

1. Go to the thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Look for Nest Sense.
3. Select Auto Schedule then turn it  off.

After disabling those features, monitor if the issue persists.
