Ac running on HEAT mode

I just installed my new NEST learning thermostat and when I have it on HEAT mode the AC is running.  I have two R wires. Should I try to switch them?

It's never ideal to have a thermostat set in heat mode that blows cool air. To isolate, can you share with us your old thermostat wiring and your Nest Thermostat wiring set-up? What type of HVAC system do you have? (heat pump, conventional, etc.) Also, from which country are you posting?
