Add new nest thermostat

I have already a nest installed but when I tried to add another one it says a W or Y wire need to be install

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Just a few questions: What type of  Nest thermostat are you installing? Did you take a photo of the wiring from the previous thermostat? If yes, please send us the photo so that we can check if your wiring configuration is correct on your Nest thermostat.
