After installing, red light is coming.(lower pressure)

We have two Nest thermostats. One is working well, but the other one, connected to the heat pump in a different room, is experiencing an issue. Upon investigation, it seems that low pressure is the problem. Suddenly, the red indicator turns on, and the heating switches to blowing cold air.

Could the wires be connected incorrectly? Any idea what might be the problem?

Hi Yoonheelee,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'd like to take a closer look at your thermostat's wiring configuration. To confirm, in what country are you located? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app?

Please share a photo of the wires connected to your heat pump's control board, ensure that the labels of the wires are visible. Also, the wires connected to your Nest Thermostat.

Best,

Jenelyn
