Hey Sharon,

Having your air turn off when not intended is not ideal, I am sorry this is the case. Let's jump in and ensure everything is working properly. Do you mind me asking if you could please send a picture of your current wire set up for me to review? I did also find a helpful article that could be of use. Let me know if that helps.
