Nest thermostat takes 2+ hrs to cool 1-2 degrees

Thermostat WAS great for a couple years, NOW IT TAKES 2+ HRS TO COOL a room. Anyone have any idea how to correct this? I reset the thermostat & reconnected it to my wi-fi/app & STILL it's not wkng properly. My a/c heating unit is NOT the problem.
