I have two Nest thermostats, one on each floor. When I am viewing it on the Web, as you can see, the Master Bedroom one is perfectly readable. However, the other one is not. How can I fix this? I used to be able to see it clearly until this week.
It shows okay, as it should, on my cell phone, as below. It should be white numbers on a black background.
Anu ideas?

Are you using a Chrome Web Browser? If so, can you try using incognito mode and go to the Nest Web App page? Once signed in, check your thermostat's display information and see if the settings are showing. If the same issue occurs, try using a different web browser and different devices, such as other phones or PCs, and keep me posted on how it goes.
