Please help!
No error code, Wi-Fi connected, Heat link re-set, restarted everything- but still no heat. I don’t know what to do!
This was a problem before the summer and a new thermostat was installed yesterday- all was working fine, now nothing again.
The whole system Nest & boiler is 2 years old.
Any help appreciated.

To confirm, everything seems to be working fine, display turns orange when you turn up the temperature but the system does not activate, correct?
To check, does your thermostat control heating and hot water or only heating?

Hi, yes that’s correct. The thermostat only controls the heating, and hot water hasn’t been affected.

Hi there! In situations like this we perform a click test to determine if the issue is related to your thermostat or to another part of your heating system like a valve, wires or with the boiler itself. That being said, please go near your Heat Link and turn the heating on from the app and let me know if you hear a click. You should hear a click when you turn on the heating and another click when you turn it off. Just to make sure that the relay is working properly, please try that 5 or 6 times and let me know if you hear a click at every command.
