All wires connected, air compressor won't turn on

All wires properly connected, air compressor won't turn on. Tried swapping G with Y1. Still no luck

Hey Anthony,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the air compressor to turn on. Thank you for letting me know that you have already tried swapping the G and Y1 wire. Do you mind me asking if you have a C wire installed? Are you able to double-check and see if the thermostat is being powered properly? Please let me know, so I can review further troubleshooting steps.
