Hi
Everything was working fine for a few months then the app stopped working / have deleted it and reloaded, have tried reconnecting but app asks for the key which the thermostat will not give me saying it’s connected but I have no info on the app to show that - help!

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? (Here is an article on how to identify the Nest Thermostat.)
Are you logged into the correct account?
Have you tried scanning the QR code or entry key located behind the display?
