My app has stopped working only get Home Screen can’t change heat setting of access schedule

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? What application are you using? Is it the Nest app or the Google Home app? Are both of them encountering the same issue? In what country are you located? Please share with us the screenshot of the application home screen, as where the issue persists.
