App saying aux heat is on

Oh me of our nest thermostats says there is no auxiliary heat on but our app says it has been on for a few days. We have checks all settings and turned the thermostat itself on and off. We have closed out of the app and logged back in and the app still says auxiliary heat is on. The thermostat itself says it is off. I know auxiallry heat is expensive and it’s 62 outside so it shouldn’t be on anyway so I am trying to figure out what we are missing here. Anyone experienced this?

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

We could further isolate the issue by checking the wiring configurations and then selecting the right heat type and source. We could go to settings > equipment select the heat type and source.
