My Neat has worked great for a few years now. Something has dreadfully change this year. My app frequently says I am away while I am home. I have turned off the home/away assist however it doesn’t seem to matter as it displays I may away…. While at home. I have a geo thermal heat system so the amount of times I am having to turn off at the circuit level to reset is ridiculous. I am about to throw the nest thermostats on the frozen front lawn.
