App won't login

My account is tied to Google account. I can login on Google home and on the nest website. My issue comes when I try to login on the nest app, first I try to login with Google and it tells me ( there is no app available to view this url) so then I try with my best login with should be my Google information but it tells me my password or username maybe incorrect, so then I try to rest my password and have it send a code to my email and but I have tried this multiple times and never get the code. I have uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled it, it's fully updated. Does anyone know anything that can help

  1. What Nest device/devices do you have in your account?
  2. When did the issue start?
  3. Do you have an Android or iPhone?
  4. Is your Nest account migrated to Google?
