Trane thermostat compatibility

Hello forum!  Is there a Google Nest Thermostat that's compatible with this Trane thermostat wiring:

Based on your original thermostat wires, it should be compatible with our Nest Learning Thermostat. However, you need to identify if the blue wire is a common wire or a heat pump wire. Take a look at this link for more information: https://goo.gle/3BMbOzA
