Impossible d’ajouter mon thermostat Nest à l’application. 

j’ai essayé rebout routeur 

réinstalle application 

redémarré thermostat 

thermostat connecté et à jour 

mais après réglage, application aucun code n’apparaît. Seulement :  ce thermostat est déjà connecté . 
que faire ?

  4. If the issue persists, you might want to perform a factory reset on your thermostat.
