Thermostat Turning furnace on and of quickly

Thermostat is turning furnace on and off quickly. Orange light at top of device stays on. Tried charging with power cord but did not help. Also checked all connections.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. An orange blinking light on your Nest Thermostat is an indicator that it has a low battery. To confirm, how long did you charge your thermostat? Could you please share with us your thermostat's power readout? What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you have a C wire? Also, in what country are you located?

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
