Aux Heat not working on a Electric Heat Pump

Issue

I am unable to get the aux heat to engage in test mode nor in normal operational mode (raised the the thermostat setting 10+ degrees over the room temp).

Background

I have Nest 3 learning thermostat installed and it was working correctly with my Goodman electric heat pump/ac unit.  Yesterday I replaced the Goodman system with a Trane electric heat pump/ac unit.

Debugged

I swapped out the NEST with my old Honeywell thermostat and the it operates properly (cool, heat and Aux heat).  I reinstalled the Nest .  Wired as it the same as my original Goodman unit. (see pic).  I have done a factory reset and walked through all of the setup steps (including heat pump balancing).  No luck getting the aux heat to run (normal heat and cool work fine).  Any ideas?

Issue has been resolved.  Reseated the wires and the aux heat now works.
