Awful customer service

Have so far spent 4 days and many hours on the phone trying to get our new thermostat to work. Asked to talk to a supervisor as we are getting nowhere and going round in circles. I am so frustrated and would never recommend nest to anyone in the U.K. I am currently in a queue to customer service AGAIN and am totally stressed. I have had to send photographs of the thermostat then the app switching off this, changing that and after 4 days no answer.

I am amazed you have had problems with the agents at Nest. I have a real go at people for posting rubbish on here, and tell them to ring Nest.

What is the issue with your new Thermostat?

Your one, Brand New or used 3rd Gen?

I don’t like criticising but it has taken 4 days of trying to discover why we can’t set up a schedule on our app that works with the nest thermostat. Asking to speak to a senior agent has been refused until today. We have possibly discovered that it is an error on the app to do with home/away. I have just been frustrated that I have had to queue every day to contact the agent and then spend up to two hours repeatedly taking photos of the thermostat, changing certain things etc. I’m hoping that a senior agent who has promised to phone today and help resolve the problem, does actually contact me. Hope that answers why I am angry. This is 4 days of long phone calls instigated by me.
