Hi everyone,
I've been using the Nest V3 learning thermostat for a few years now but last week the bacteria prevention symbol came on and is now on for a whole week?
In my heating system and Nest the warm water temp is set to max 60 degrees celsius and I never had any problems. I do not have the bacteria prevention option in my menu?
Thanks!

So the option you're referring to isn't present if you follow these steps? Would you mind sharing a photo?
1. Press your thermostat ring to bring up the Quick View menu.
2. Select Settings cog.
3. Select Equipment and Continue.
4. Choose Bacteria Prevention.
5. Turn Bacteria Prevention on or off.

There is no Bacteria Prevention option, this is as far as I can get:
The menu is called "Equipment settings"
In the menu:
"Done/finished" (Highlighted)
"Heat Link"
"Warm water temperature"
"Pro-configuration"
"Back"
But as this problem is 2 months old, I got it fixed. I don't know how I got it done. But it's gone at least.

Well that's good at least!
